Strips

We produce an extensive range of dimensions and edge finishes on numerous strip machines, using your wide strips (coils).

Oscillated coils

We provide the largest capability in coiled finishes in Europe. These are achieved using multiple separator coiling machines, on which up to 20 coils can be wound at once.

Sheets

We produce sheets in a wide range of formats and thicknesses on numerous cross-cutting machines according to your requirements.

Grinding / brushing

We produce the following range on our modern multi-head grinding/brushing machines:

Bars

Slit strips are straightened and lengthened on our bar straightening units to produce bar or sheet steel to DIN or EN standard.

Rolling

We roll strips with special requirements on multiple rollers. A specified hardness is thus achieved, either equalised or just with the edges rounded.

Depending on the finish and the dimensions, the cut edges of the stainless steel strips can be mechanically processed either in a procedure on our long parts machine or subsequently on our special rounding and rolling machines.
